I am a technical writer specializing in software documentation including print user guides and online help systems. I have over ten years experience developing user-centered information, in particular user assistance for business applications software such as enterprise resource planning (erp) systems. Through this work, I have also developed extensive experience in business process modeling for both quality management and business process reengineering.
In addition to my industry experience, I have also taught technical writing at the university level.
Because I thoroughly enjoy my profession, I spend a fair amount of time in professional development. Most recently, I completed a Master of Science degree in Technical Communication within the Department of Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington Seattle.

In my consulting work I currently focus on designing and developing online Help for the Web, Apple Macintosh OS X, and iPhone/iPad iOS platforms.
